Legal Disclaimer for the Film and Television Productions Training Program by The Film Post - TFP, LLC.

The Film Post - TFP, LLC is an independently owned, private institution located in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering training in the film and television industry through a private vocational program conducted by working industry professionals in the Film and Television industry. Students may choose to enroll in the three-month, eight-month, or twelve-month programs, gaining access to production and post-resources, live in-person and hands-on training at The Film Post facilities located in Las Vegas, taught by industry professional instructors and VIP guest speakers provided by The Film Post - TFP, LLC.

Students shall retain rights and ownership of the content they create during the program. While The Film Post - TFP, LLC will assist and guide students in job placement opportunities and in the sales and distribution of their content, it is important to note that the quality and merit of each project will be subjectively evaluated with proper completion and submission of the projects by the students. Therefore, no guarantees are made regarding job placement or distribution commitments, as results are contingent upon the students' best efforts and the decisions of distributors who preview final projects.

Upon signing up for financing through our third-party financing partner, students and their guardians acknowledge that The Film Post - TFP, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for the student’s private loan and for repaying any part of the student’s loan payments. Responsibility for loan payments lies solely with the students and their guardians.

Students are required to attend in-person classes and are expected to put forth their best efforts in adhering in completing the curriculum and following basic safety rules within the physical facilities during classes and group activities.

By participating in this program, students and their guardians acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer.
